Angela Anderson pursued two years' training in commercial art; however, she found a new way to express her talents when she was invited to paint decorative accents for a baby's nursery. Over twenty years later, she continues to be inspired by children, the natural world, and the seasons of life.

Anderson's media includes acrylic or watercolor paints on either wood or canvas surfaces. Incorporating crisp images and authentic sentiments, rendered in simple lines and contemporary hues, her pieces are sometimes whimsical and sometimes touching, but always richly detailed.

Her art celebrates bright winter days complete with cheerful snowmen, rich hues of harvest pumpkins, and the soft pastels of spring flowers. She also paints beach scenes, fresh interpretations of folk art designs, and messages of encouragement that span the seasons.
